Работаю с данным сервисом впервые. При помощи помощника выбрал такую сумму, чтобы с комиссией вышла более-менее четкая сумма, необходимая мне на счёте. Не знаю, что там произошло и как посчитали, но в итоге сумма со всеми комиссиями оказалась иной. Вот такие "камни", ребята, встречаются -_-

Здравствуйте! Пользователь я неопытный, компьютером толком не владею, с обменником работаю в первый раз. Смотрел другие обменники, но там минимальные суммы для обмена слишком высоки, а у Вас меня они устроили. Хотя опыта у меня мало, но работая с Вами, я особых затруднений не заметил, - все более-менее ясно; только перед входом в панель управления заявками меня сбило с толку окно для ввода SMS-кода, - в это окно я ввел код пред входом, а в самой панели управления мне его уже не удалось вставить, потому что с телефона я его удалил, т.к. посчитал его уже не нужным и забыл, а вновь его получить не мог и, когда мне надо было по протекции закончить перевод, мне потребовалось верифицироваться, но тогда, правда, по запросу, SMS-код пришел и я его подтвердил - все прошло удачно. Я думаю, что перед входом в панель управления заявками, он не нужен во избежании путаницы, а так все хорошо. Спасибо за обслуживание. С уважением, Владимир.
