I made an exchange from Paypal EUR to Perfect Money USD of 20 eur, great exchanger and also the only one that allows this kind of exchange, fantastic, very kind support and one thing I especially appreciated is that the minimum conversion is 10 instead of 50 as the other exchanger!

Not happy with the processing time from Paypal to Skrill. More than a week. Not answering to my email or updates in the request. Dont recommend this site. SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT.
