Overall everything is good. Why 4? -1 because all info you ask for security purposes, especially the video recording, feels awkward. You don't expect smth like this from a simple exchange service. Even my bank is not strict like that.

Good, they will ask for some info that you probably don't wanna share (like your id/passport), but I trust them more than popular internet "exchangers" that will ask you to kiss them on the lips and donate your organs to them to be verified. I received my 25 usd, I'm happy.
