Many exchanges need at least $100 minimum (or more) and may or may not accept a prepaid card. My luck, I had $99.50. But magnatus worked great using Paypal to pay from a prepaid card. It's always a bit of work to get registered with any exchange and that is normal. I'm a noob so it took 5 days to get thru the process, but it will go faster the next time I nned to purchase crypto. FYI, leave the "Add Note" field blank in Paypal when you pay and that will help speed things up. Anyway, thanks magnatus for your patience and I encourage anyone that needs btc to read the many magnatus testimonials. It worked for me.
