Very good service professional customer support but it could be better instead of 2 days to send cash in the future to expand company should be instant transaction or 1 day waiting instead of 2 days for extra fee. Another good thing to add to service is only one time sending documents not in every exchange if user does exchange successfully 1 time he doesn’t need to upload documents every time that would make clients more comfortable. That’s the only two things I didn’t like all the other services in this website is good but what I said can make the service better.

It took approximately 1 Day until i got my money on paypal. I got 14€ because Paypal took approx. 1€ and MagnatuS some Euros. but that's fine. I thought it would take much longer but it worked better than expected :) Feedback : You definitely need to overhaul the complete site because it is not looking good.

Сегодня 17.04.2019. получил первую оплату за обмен перевод от magnatus. Обменял paypal на втс. В целом сервисом доволен.Все заявленные параметры обмена были соблюдены.Из минусов: Долго ждать ответа от поддержки.Много условий для обработки заказа.Но в целом сервисом magnatus.com остался доволен.Моя оценка 4+

Честный сервис, были проблемы с переводом-помогли разобраться и деньги в итоге пришли. Поставила "4", потому что очень долгая обратная связь. Пришлось добиваться ответа не только в форме обратной связи, но и по скайпу и электронной почте.

Обменник неплохой, работает оперативно. Но был один напряженный момент, когда пришло сообщение об отмене платежных реквизитов, поэтому желательно не изменять реквизиты, а так все хорошо.

Все прошло хорошо, обмен закончился за 13 часов. Единственное, за что поставил четверку - очень высокая комиссия и курс обмена валют - теряется более 23 процентов... Но это оправданно при необходимости!
