Overall everything is good. Why 4? -1 because all info you ask for security purposes, especially the video recording, feels awkward. You don't expect smth like this from a simple exchange service. Even my bank is not strict like that.

Good, they will ask for some info that you probably don't wanna share (like your id/passport), but I trust them more than popular internet "exchangers" that will ask you to kiss them on the lips and donate your organs to them to be verified. I received my 25 usd, I'm happy.

I am glad and happy to use Magnatus service as i was searching from a long time to convert my cryptocurenty balance from Advcash to my bank account, i tried to many methods but all were getting cancelled, with Magnatus all my balance was credited within span of 24hrs, only thing i didn't like it was posted in 4 parts which incurs small fees from paypal side for 4 single transaction instead of 1. I will recommend using this service because of low commission and quick transfer time.

for small amount they do the job in 24 hours, but the hassle comes with clearing at Paypal. i have yet received curretly on hold by paypal. hope for the best. magnatus should improve on speed but so far i have no major complains

Very good service professional customer support but it could be better instead of 2 days to send cash in the future to expand company should be instant transaction or 1 day waiting instead of 2 days for extra fee. Another good thing to add to service is only one time sending documents not in every exchange if user does exchange successfully 1 time he doesn’t need to upload documents every time that would make clients more comfortable. That’s the only two things I didn’t like all the other services in this website is good but what I said can make the service better.

It took approximately 1 Day until i got my money on paypal. I got 14€ because Paypal took approx. 1€ and MagnatuS some Euros. but that's fine. I thought it would take much longer but it worked better than expected :) Feedback : You definitely need to overhaul the complete site because it is not looking good.
